(2002) She worked at the Tax Administration Jamaica from 2008-2012 and during those years gained critical experience and knowledge in taxation and tax laws. She focused mainly on legislation and the drafting of tax laws/orders.
Mrs. Monroe-Douglas entered private practice in 2012 to present where she has helped clients in a wide range of legal matters.
She provides legal support on various Boards in particular Kingsway High School and Charitable Boards. She is a Shepherdess and Women's Ministry leader at her church.
