Monroe-Douglas Law became a registered company in 2022 as a sole trader with Attorney-at-law, Essence Monroe-Douglas, as the sole practitioner. Monroe-Douglas Law has been committed to resolving clients matters in a timely and efficient manner through its Attorney-at-law who has been engaged in private practice since 2012. . Monroe-Douglas Law offers a wide range of legal services inlcuding but not limted to : conveyancing, estate planning, making wills, probate and adminsitration, obtaining titles for unregistered land, Drafting power of attorneys and much more.

Monroe-Douglas serves as a guiding compass to clients who need help and knowledge of the law to assist in their day-to-day lives. The company prides itself on having one-to-one contact with clients.

Mission / Outreach

Monroe-Douglas Law has always been involved in outreach. Essence Monroe-Douglas has assisted several organizations with legal presentations that provide guidance to the audience and/or employees/members. Mrs. Monroe-Douglas has sat on school boards and other charitable organizations including the Andrews Memorial Hospital. She has gone to many churches to share recently passed legislation to assist members in understanding the relevant laws.

Mrs. Monroe-Douglas believes in helping those who need help the most. She mentors students of various age-groups.
